Warna hitam mengkilap hanya terlihat bagus jika tetap hitam dan tidak memancarkan nuansa biru atau cokelat. Ultimate Black dari TeckWrap mempertahankan lapisan hitam piano netralnya serta pantulan yang dalam seperti cermin, baik saat diparkir di bawah sinar matahari maupun di dalam garasi. 

Atribut Utama

  • Finishing hitam piano murni: pigmen hitam pekat netral menghasilkan kilau tajam seperti cermin tanpa efek serpihan logam atau mutiara. 
  • Kilap sedalam cermin: film hibrida polimer berlapis-lapis mempertahankan pantulan yang tajam, bukan menjadi kabur atau pudar. 
  • Pelepasan udara yang cepat: saluran bawaan memungkinkan udara yang terperangkap keluar selama pemasangan, sehingga panel terpasang rata tanpa gelembung. 
  • Daya rekat perekat Henkel: perekat akrilik transparan berbasis pelarut tetap kokoh meskipun cuaca berubah-ubah.
  • Pengendalian panel: melapisi cermin, lekukan, dan panel cekung tanpa terangkat di tepi.  
  • Pengelupasan yang aman bagi cat: film ini dapat dilepas tanpa meninggalkan residu, sehingga cat pabrik di bawahnya tetap utuh.  

Ultimate Black tidak mengandalkan serpihan logam atau nuansa tersembunyi untuk menciptakan kedalaman. Karakternya berasal dari pigmen hitam murni dan lapisan akhir yang sangat mengkilap. Di bawah sinar matahari langsung, film ini menghasilkan pantulan yang tajam dan kontras tinggi yang menonjolkan setiap garis bodi. Di dalam ruangan dan setelah matahari terbenam, film ini tetap mempertahankan tampilan hitam piano yang basah, alih-alih berubah menjadi abu-abu atau arang yang pudar. Film ini lebih mirip cat pabrik yang baru dipoles daripada pembungkus vinil tradisional.

  • Storage shelf life: 2 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions, away from sunlight.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
