Keterangan

Warna kuning cerah sering kali terlihat terlalu mencolok hingga menyerupai warna fluoresen atau memancarkan nuansa kehijauan saat cahaya berubah. Warna Louvre Yellow dari TeckWrap mempertahankan nuansa kuning lemon yang bersih dan kilau tajam yang identik dengan lapisan cat mobil sport Eropa.  

Atribut Utama

  • Tetap konsisten di bawah segala kondisi cahaya: mempertahankan nuansa kuning yang cerah tanpa berubah menjadi hijau atau fluoresen saat bergerak atau saat pencahayaan berubah. 
  • Kejernihan berkilau tinggi: film hibrida berlapis-lapis berbahan polimer membentuk permukaan halus seperti pernis dengan pantulan yang tajam. 
  • Perekat yang mudah dilepas tanpa meninggalkan residu: Perekat akrilik berbasis pelarut dari Henkel dapat dilepas tanpa meninggalkan residu dan tahan terhadap hujan, panas, serta paparan sinar UV.  
  • Pemasangan bebas gelembung: saluran pelepasan udara mendorong udara yang terperangkap ke luar, membantu pembungkus menempel rata pada panel.
  • Film yang dapat menyesuaikan bentuk dengan panas: dapat membungkus cermin, tepi, dan panel yang sedikit cekung tanpa terangkat di sudut-sudutnya.

Warna Louvre Yellow dari TeckWrap menangkap tampilan pernis lemon yang baru diaplikasikan, bukan warna kuning aftermarket yang terlalu jenuh. Kilapnya menjaga pantulan tetap tajam sementara warnanya mempertahankan karakternya yang bersih dan cerah dari satu sudut ke sudut lainnya. Di bawah awan atau naungan, warnanya tetap mempertahankan dasar lemon alih-alih bergeser ke arah hijau. Parkirkan di samping warna kuning neon, dan perbedaannya menjadi jelas. Warna ini terlihat seperti cat pabrik tanpa terkesan kasar.

  • Paling mirip dengan Ferrari Giallo Modena (488, F8 Tributo). 
  • Memiliki tingkat saturasi yang sama dengan Porsche Racing Yellow.

  • Peel strength (180°): 8.1 N/25mm (standard ≥4.9, GB/T2792-1998)
  • Adhesion strength: 70 (standard ≥60, no shifting, GB/T4851-1998)
  • Aging tested: -65°C to +65°C, no residue
  • Storage shelf life: 2 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions, away from sunlight.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
