Keterangan

Beberapa warna hijau terlihat seperti sintetis begitu dipasang. Namun, warna Camouflage Green dari TeckWrap tidak demikian. Lapisan warna zaitunnya menghadirkan kedalaman dan kekayaan warna cat pabrik yang biasanya Anda temui pada SUV mewah buatan Eropa. 

Atribut Utama

  • Kedalaman tanpa kesan kusam: dasar warna zaitun taktis dengan butiran metalik halus yang mempertahankan warnanya di area bayangan alih-alih berubah menjadi hitam pekat. 
  • Kilap yang dirancang secara khusus: film hibrida berlapis-lapis berbahan polimer dan pigmen metalik mempertahankan kejernihan kilap tanpa kilau plastik seperti vinil yang lebih murah.
  • Pemasangan bebas gelembung: saluran pelepasan udara mendorong udara yang terperangkap keluar selama pemasangan, sehingga panel menempel rata tanpa gelembung setelah pemasangan.
  • Perekat tahan cuaca: perekat akrilik berbasis pelarut Henkel tetap transparan dan menempel kuat meski terkena panas, hujan, dan dingin tanpa terangkat di bagian tepinya 
  • Film yang dapat menyesuaikan bentuk dengan panas: dapat membungkus cermin, lekukan, bumper, dan ceruk sedang dengan kontrol yang stabil. 
  • Pengelupasan yang aman bagi cat: melindungi lapisan asli saat waktunya mengganti warna. 

Camouflage Green meminjam namanya dari militer, tetapi bukan karakternya. Pada kendaraan, warnanya lebih mirip dengan warna zaitun balap Inggris yang eksklusif daripada lapisan kamuflase yang siap digunakan di lapangan. Warnanya berubah-ubah antara zaitun kusam, lumut, hutan, dan hijau grafit yang redup tergantung pada arah cahaya. Di bawah awan, kebanyakan warna hijau gelap menjadi kusam atau mendekati hitam. Warna ini tetap mempertahankan strukturnya. 

Kesesuaian OEM

  • Paling mirip dengan Land Rover Deep Satin Green (Defender / Range Rover).
  • Lebih lembut daripada Porsche Oak Green (Cayenne / Macan).
  • Lebih pekat daripada District Green.

  • Storage shelf life: 2 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions, away from sunlight.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
