Description

British Racing Green is older than every other color in this catalog by about a hundred years. We took it seriously, and we built CPX413 on a Color PPF film so the heritage finish can carry physical paint protection at the same time.

A classic gloss racing green in the heritage motorsport tradition, deep and saturated, with the kind of straightforward color confidence a Jaguar or a Bentley wears unaltered.

Color PPF and vinyl wrap solve different jobs. A vinyl wrap is the right call when you want to change your color with flexibility, style your build, and refresh the look in a few years. Color PPF is the right call when you want that same color change to also defend your factory paint against stone chips and road debris from day one. Racing Green is built for the second job, the classic heritage color and the protection layer carried in a single film.

Warranty

5-year TeckWrap warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, delamination, and material defects. Improper installation, physical impact damage, and scratches beyond the self-healing range are not covered.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -40°C to +50°C
  • Dry-install system, no wet solution required (air-release channels handle film placement)
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber cloth
  • Repositionable during installation due to to low-tack PSA
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Post-heat: activate adhesive after final positioning
  • Cure: 24–48 hours for full adhesion
  • Use same production batch for full vehicle, label and store leftovers by batch code
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before installation
