Description

Most deep blues go flat black in the shade. TeckWrap's Deep Blue doesn't. It keeps its sapphire metallic flake alive and its royal blue rich even when the light disappears.

Deep Blue moves through three personalities: rich royal, sapphire metallic, and a bright electric flash where the light catches. The fine metallic grain gives it real structural depth, something most deep blues lose in shadow. Deep Blue holds its character. Stand it next to a typical aftermarket blue and the difference is immediate, this one has a performance blue finish built into the base.

  • High temperature aging (65°C, 7 days): no adhesive residue
  • Low temperature aging (-65°C, 10 days): no adhesive residue

Warranty
Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 100°C
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Directional film, check orientation before cutting
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove protective cap before install
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid waxes and harsh solvents
