General:
Upon receiving your order, please get in touch with customer service within 30 days for a return/refund or replacement if you are not completely satisfied with your color choice. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping, freight, and service charges (if any) are Non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the LOT number.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any returned item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons unrelated to Teckwrap will not receive a full refund.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.

Defects:
We provide a limited warranty for production defects according to technical characteristics in the product bulletin. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transportation.
Our return policy in case of warranty incident lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange if thirty days have passed since your purchase.
To request a return, you must send a reclamation letter to crm@teckwrap.com. Your letter should contain a detailed explanation of the problem, photos/videos, and a LOT number.
In case of reclamation approval, we provide a full refund or change the product (shipping expenses are covered)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have yet to receive a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
