Description

Violet Purple is the modern exotic purple, not the old grape. The base runs blue-violet and electric, and under direct light it lifts into a vivid ultraviolet with bright purple highlights, all of it held smooth by a frozen satin metallic finish. There's no pink softness and no wine warmth here, the tone stays clean and cold and saturated, the kind of purple that reads as a deliberate special-order rather than a custom candy job.

It pulls from two worlds at once. On one side it's American muscle purple, the satin read on Dodge Plum Crazy and an exact match to Jeep Purple Reign. On the other it's exotic European viola, tracking Lamborghini Viola Pasifae, Porsche Ultraviolet, and BMW Techno Violet. Cleaner in tone than Plum Crazy, more metallic glow than Purple Reign, and bluer than the plum and wine purples it gets confused with.

It belongs on bold builds that can carry the saturation: a Dodge Challenger and Charger, a BMW M3 and M4, a Lamborghini Huracan, a Porsche 911, a Mercedes-AMG GT, a Nissan GT-R, an Audi RS5, a Tesla Model 3, a Toyota GR Supra, a McLaren 720S.
