We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any issues related to production defects or change your mind, we are here to help!

Return & Warranty Policy

We offer a limited warranty for production defects, as outlined in the product’s technical bulletin.

If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it.

If you decide you no longer want the product, you can return it within 14 days of purchase.

To be Eligible for a Return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with LOT numbers visible.
If the item has been opened or used (unpacked, unsealed, unrolled, or cut), it is not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

1. Send an email to crm@teckwrap.com with:

A detailed explanation of the issue (if applicable), photos or videos (for warranty claims), LOT numbers from the packaging

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.

Since full rolls must be returned to the same warehouse they were originally shipped from (and we operate several locations), our sales assistant will guide you and confirm the correct return address.

Shipping Costs

For warranty-related returns (defective or damaged items), we cover the return shipping costs.

For non-warranty returns (personal reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect orders), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-warranty returns. The customer will also be responsible for any duties, taxes,or any related fees incurred during the return process.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed as soon as possible. If you have not received it yet

2. Contact your credit card company; sometimes, refunds take time to appear.

3. If needed, check with your bank, as processing times may vary.

4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at crm@teckwrap.com, and we will be happy to assist you!

Restocking Fee

Please note that all refunds and order cancellations for non-warranty returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers the operational and processing costs associated with handling your order.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
