  • Storing period (shelf life): 2 years if stored at +10°C to +20°C, with a relative humidity of 50%, in the original package, away from direct sunlight, clean and dry place

Application Guidelines

To ensure optimal results, the following steps are recommended:

  • Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and free of wax or grease before applying.
  • Protective cap removal: Before application, peel off the protective PET cap and store the film without the protective cap to prevent "tunneling."
  • Installation: Use a soft buffer squeegee for a smooth finish and apply heat for tight curves and edges. Don't overstretch the material, post heat, and keep the vehicle indoors above 20°C for 24-48 hours before and after application.
  • Aftercare: Wash with mild soap and water to maintain the finish. Avoid abrasive materials.
  • Post-heating temperature: 95°C. Post-application heating is crucial.
  • Recommended application tools: Squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IRR thermometer, IRR heater
  • The vinyl film is directional.

Important Considerations

Color Consistency: While we strive to represent colors accurately, variations in screen displays may affect perception. For precise color matching, consult our physical swatch book.
Batch Matching: To avoid slight differences in tone, ensure that the rolls used in a single project come from the same production lot.
Maintenance: While this film resists minor scratches and environmental wear, regular cleaning and maintenance will help preserve its glossy finish over time.
