Description

Most charcoal greys go flat and lifeless. TeckWrap's Apollo Grey doesn't. It holds a deep gunmetal with a subtle metallic flash that keeps the dark from going dead-flat.

Key attributes:

  • Gunmetal depth: deep satin metallic charcoal with a subtle warm metallic flash
  • Engineered finish: pressure-sensitive high-grade Renolit polymeric film with air-release channels for a smooth, even satin
  • Clean chemistry: Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive, transparent and removable, peels residue-free
  • Flawless application: high-grade release liner keeps the film protected for an even, smooth satin lay-down
  • Heat-conformable: shapes over curves, mirrors, and recessed panels
  • Paint-safe: removable adhesive protects the factory paint underneath

Apollo Grey is the dark, grounded end of TeckWrap's grey lane. Where Mineral Grey runs warm and golden, Apollo Grey goes deep and stealthy, a charcoal gunmetal that reads almost anthracite in shade and shows its fine metallic flash only when the light rakes across a panel. It carries weight and seriousness, the look that works on a blacked-out coupe or an aggressive build without tipping into full matte black. Next to a flat grey primer tone it reads engineered and intentional, not unfinished.

TeckWrap Satin Metallic Apollo Grey compared to OEM greys:

  • Closest to a satinized BMW Dravit Grey
  • Same anthracite depth as an Audi Daytona Grey
  • Same gunmetal weight as a Porsche Volcano Grey
  • Darker than a Range Rover Corris Grey
  • Same stealth as a Mercedes Graphite Grey Magno

Love those dark factory greys on a BMW or an Audi? Now put that gunmetal depth on your 4 Series, RS5, or 911.
