Descrizione

Le pellicole nere solitamente comportano un compromesso: la finitura opaca appiattisce la carrozzeria in un’unica tonalità spenta, mentre quella lucida mette in evidenza ogni alone di lavaggio non appena viene colpita dal sole. TeckWrap Satin Black Silver si colloca a metà strada tra le due: una base grafite ultra-scura che incorpora sottili riflessi metallici argentati, per una finitura che appare quasi nera e che sfuma verso il canna di fucile e l’acciaio spazzolato al variare della luce.

Caratteristiche principali

  • Base grafite, riflessi argento: un nero grafite ultra scuro intrecciato con sottili riflessi metallici argento, che passa da una tonalità quasi nera al canna di fucile e all’acciaio sotto la luce diretta.
  • Finitura metallizzata satinata: una lucentezza tenue e setosa che diffonde i riflessi per un effetto simile alla vernice e nasconde i segni di lavaggio e le impronte digitali che affliggono il nero lucido.
  • Scaglie metalliche direzionali: ogni pannello è orientato nella stessa direzione per garantire una lucentezza uniforme su tutta l’auto, il compromesso richiesto da una pellicola metallizzata e il motivo per cui la finitura sembra applicata in fabbrica.
  • Adesione forte e pulita: l’adesivo acrilico trasparente a solvente Henkel, dotato di canali di rilascio dell’aria, fa aderire i pannelli di grandi dimensioni in modo piatto e senza bolle, resiste alle intemperie e consente il riposizionamento durante l’installazione.
  • Rimozione senza danni alla vernice: rimovibile a caldo entro i tempi consigliati, si stacca in modo pulito con residui minimi, lasciando intatta la finitura di fabbrica sottostante.

All’ombra, il Satin Black Silver mantiene un carattere discreto, quasi nero, che conferisce all’auto un aspetto tranquillo e sobrio. La luce diretta del sole risveglia l’effetto metallizzato: morbidi riflessi color antracite e acciaio si propagano sul cofano, sul tetto e sulle linee di spalla, tracciando ogni curva senza lo scintillio aggressivo di un metallizzato lucido. La lucentezza satinata mantiene quei riflessi diffusi e fluidi, così i pannelli appaiono come vernici metallizzate scure piuttosto che come una pellicola applicata sulla carrozzeria. Nei punti di massimo risalto, le scaglie assumono una tenue sfumatura calda, che impedisce al grigio di risultare mai freddo o piatto.

Warranty

Built for long-term outdoor use, with up to 3 years of durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Horizontal surfaces such as roofs, hoods, and bonnets take the most sun and weather and carry a shorter expected life. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as bubbling, cracking, and adhesive failure when the film is properly stored, professionally installed, and maintained per the care guidance. It does not cover abrasion, scratches, gloss change, or normal wear. Heat-removable within 2 years for the cleanest removal, with minimal adhesive residue.

Application
  • Surface: apply only to a clean, sound, fully cured OEM factory finish. Repainted, primed, aftermarket, or damaged surfaces can affect adhesion and removal and fall outside warranty coverage.
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 90°C
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3 to 4 mm
  • Directional film. Keep orientation consistent across all panels and use one production LOT per vehicle to avoid color variation between panels.
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Professional installation strongly recommended for the best result and to keep the warranty valid
  • Aftercare: hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo (pH 3 to 11). Avoid waxes, solvents, and petroleum-distillate products, and never use automatic washes, brushes, or high-pressure washers.

Aftermarket waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings are applied at the owner’s discretion. Damage caused by aftermarket products is not covered.
