Performance

• 40A (soft yellow): gentle pressure for delicate finishes, satin and matte films, color-shift wraps

• 60A (firm red): firm pressure for aggressive air removal on flat panels and tough films

Storage

Store in a clean, dry place. Rinse squeegees after use to remove slip solution and adhesive residue. Avoid storing under heavy weight that could deform the edges. Replace individual squeegees when edges show nicks, hardening, or wear that could mar the film.

• Match hardness to film: 40A for delicate finishes, 50A for everyday work, 60A for aggressive air removal
• Match shape to area: square or large trapezoid for flat panels, medium trapezoid or fan-shape for curves, V-shape for tight corners and recesses
• Pair softer hardness with felt buffers when working directly on film surfaces to prevent scratches
• Use slip solution to reduce friction and prevent surface marking
• Push water and air toward an exit edge, not back over already-cleared areas
• Use the velvet cloth for surface prep and final lint-free finishing pass
• Wipe squeegees clean between passes to prevent dirt transfer
• Always inspect edges before use, replace squeegees with nicks or hardening
• Avoid using on sharp metal edges that could damage the polyurethane

Warranty does not cover normal wear, squeegee edge wear from extended use, damage from improper handling, exposure to excessive heat that hardens or deforms the polyurethane, or consequential damages.

Always use with appropriate slip solutions on PPF and tint film to prevent scratching. TeckWrap is not responsible for damage to film or vehicle surfaces resulting from improper handling or worn tools.
