Description

TeckWrap SMT17R Copper Orange is a satin metallic vinyl wrap with rich copper warmth and a subtle metallic shimmer. Built on Renolit polymeric film for clean stretchability and reliable performance across full vehicle wraps.

The polymeric film stretches cleanly around mirrors, bumpers, and recessed panels, while the Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive bonds securely and removes clean.

  • Elongation at break: MD 206.8 / CD 196.4 (ASTM D882-02)
  • Dimensional stability: 2% shrinkage (ASTM D1204-02, 10 min at 70°C MD)
  • Surface tension: 34 dynes/cm (ASTM D2578-04a, 24 hrs after production)
  • Storage shelf life: 2 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions, away from sunlight

Standard TeckWrap limited warranty. Scratches not covered. Use same production LOT for color consistency across panels.

  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -45°C to +45°C
  • Standard squeegee with soft (wet) buffer
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 65°C
  • Cure: 24 hrs (48 hrs recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Directional film, check orientation before cutting
  • Remove protective cap before install
