An acid lime built over gold instead of silver, supercar depth where every other neon goes flat or toxic.
Key attributes:
Citrus Green is loud, and it means to be. It's a metallic acid citrus built over a golden core rather than a silver one, and that gold underneath is what saves it from going cold or toxic neon. Instead you get candy depth: glowing citrus gold in direct sun, electric kiwi and chartreuse as the light moves, olive lime in shade, and a near radioactive yellow green under LEDs. It reads like a supercar color, not a highlighter.
This is the high-energy end of the Galaxy tier, the exotic lime counterweight to Royal Saffron's mature gold. If you know the flat highlighter lime of Gecko Green, this is that same acid energy but with golden metallic flake giving it real depth, the supercar-grade version. It wants aggressive, modern shapes: a Lamborghini Huracán, a Porsche 911 GT3 or Cayman, a BMW M3 or M4, a Mercedes-AMG GT, an Audi RS3, a Toyota GR Supra, a Civic Type R, a Nissan Z, or a Model 3 Performance.
Wheels matter here. Gloss black, satin bronze, dark graphite, or polished silver all hold up against the intensity; anything fussy gets lost.
The best OEM match is Lotus Krypton Green Metallic, which shares the same exotic metallic glow. Porsche Birch Green / Lichtgrün from the GT4 RS is close but softer and more pastel, BMW Lime Green / Maigrün is the classic lime inspiration with less metallic punch, and Suzuki Kinetic Yellow matches it on the yellow side. Porsche Acid Green is in range too, though flatter and more yellow than this.
