Conformable and reliable Renolit polymeric material. Suitable for full car wrapping (or any other smooth or curved surface).

  • The thickness of the film: 0.12mm
  • The thickness of film with release liner: 0.28mm

  • Type of film: Pressure-sensitive high-grade polymeric vinyl film with air-release channels 
  • Adhesive: Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive, transparent, ultra-weather-resistant, viscosity 1000~3000cps, thickness 12 μm dry
  • Release liner: Felix Schoeller Release Liner / 20-104-20-1, 9 printed, double-sided PE coated Kraft. One side solventless silicone-coated, air release (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, OHSAS 18001)
  • Storing period: 3 years if stored in +10°С to +20°С for optimal quality, relative humidity 50%, in original package, away from direct sunlight, in a clean and dry place
  • Durability/Warranty: Datasheet (Click the link) This color is less durable to UV exposure (10-12 months) and needs extra protection with a ceramic coating.
  • Post heating: 65 Celcius

Install tips:

Temperature: from +17°-18°С, usage from -45°С to +45°С

  • Tools: Standard squeegee with soft (wet) buffer
  • Conformability: smooth and medium curved surface

Important note: The screen's images, colors, and finishes are approximate. For an accurate representation of the product, always check the color swatch. Rolls from the same production LOT number should be used to complete a wrap job, as a slight batch-to-batch variation of color may occur. The film may scratch during the application or a day in and out use. The warranty does not cover the scratching of the film.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 85°C
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Directional film, check orientation before cutting
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid waxes and harsh solvents
