Description

We make three blacks in the Color PPF range. Luxe Black is the one that is actually black, no blue cast, no texture, no shift, just deep liquid gloss with stone-chip armor built into the same film.

A pure deep gloss black with metallic depth, the kind of black OEMs build into their flagship finishes when restraint reads as confidence.

Deep liquid black is the most-asked-for color in the catalog, and TeckWrap delivers it in two formats. A gloss black vinyl wrap is the right call when the color is the point, with a lighter entry cost and the freedom to refresh the build into a new finish later. Luxe Black is the Color PPF call, the same OEM-grade flagship black sitting on a stone-chip armor base with a self-healing top coat. Same black, two different jobs.

Warranty

5-year TeckWrap warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, delamination, and material defects. Improper installation, physical impact damage, and scratches beyond the self-healing range are not covered.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -40°C to +50°C
  • Dry-install system, no wet solution required (air-release channels handle film placement)
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber cloth
  • Repositionable during installation due to to low-tack PSA
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Post-heat: activate adhesive after final positioning
  • Cure: 24–48 hours for full adhesion
  • Use same production batch for full vehicle, label and store leftovers by batch code
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before installation
