You’ve already picked blue. The harder choice is which blue, in which finish, for your car. Our blue wraps come in gloss, satin, chrome and color shift, and each one looks different in sun, shade and at night. Use this page to compare shades and finishes, see the mood of each blue, find OEM matches for your factory paint, and get pairing options and ownership notes before you order.

Blue: the impression we give

Blue runs from calm pastels to near-black navy. We group our blues into five families, so you can pick the look first, then narrow it down by finish and factory paint.

Shades and finishes

The finish changes the feel as much as the shade does. Gloss looks like fresh paint, satin softens the same blue, and chrome turns it into a mirror. The table shows the main shades in each family.

Mood and behaviour

Blue changes with the light, and each family has its own character. Light and pastel blues feel calm and a little retro. They look soft in daylight, and the better ones don’t turn grey under cloud. Bright cyan is the summer road-trip color: it pops hardest in sunlight and settles into a deeper teal in the shade.

Electric blues are sporty and confident, with a bright flash in the light and real depth in the shade. Deep and navy shades are quiet and luxurious, blue in the sun and almost black at night. Chrome and color shift films are the bold choice, made for photos, and they change color as you walk around the car.

OEM matches

Matching a factory color? Find your car’s paint below to see the closest film. Some paints have two matches in different finishes, so you can choose between them.

Pairing options

Not ready for a full wrap? Blue accents work on most base colors. Start with your car’s current color.

Your carWhat to wrapWhich blue
WhiteRoof, mirrors or racing stripesBright and light blues pop most on white
BlackStripes or mirror capsElectric blue. Navy sits too close to black to stand out.
Grey or silverRoof and mirrorsNavy or bright blue, for a look like a factory option

To finish the look, keep chrome trim for a classic feel or wrap it gloss black for something sportier. For a two-tone wrap, pair a blue body with a gloss black roof, or go subtle with a satin blue body and gloss stripes in the same blue.

Ownership notes

A few things worth knowing before you live with a blue wrap:

  • Night: most navies read almost black after dark. Deep Blue is the exception; its metallic flake keeps the blue alive in shade.
  • Cloud: light blues often go grey under cloud. China Blue holds a creamy tone.
  • Cleaning: navy shows water spots like black paint does; bright blues hide them better.
  • Lifespan: chrome is a short-term finish. Our spec says to remove it within 1 year, against up to 3 years on vertical panels for a gloss film like Caribbean Blue (RB09-HD).
