Description

Porcelain earns its name from one quality: a surface so smooth and even it reads as flawless. We built Porcelain Blue to look exactly that way, a clean, evenly saturated sky blue under a glass-smooth gloss, then laid it on a film that takes the stone chips so that flawless surface stays flawless.

It is a light, refined sky blue with the calm clarity of fine china, clean and even across the whole panel rather than deep or aggressive.

A blue vinyl wrap and Porcelain Blue Color PPF reach the same color from different directions. The vinyl wrap is the lighter-commitment choice, the color with the freedom to switch finishes later. Porcelain Blue carries the color and a stone-chip armor layer in one film, for the build where the factory paint needs to stay protected while the color changes. Both get you to the blue, they differ on what sits underneath it.

Warranty

5-year TeckWrap warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, delamination, and material defects. Improper installation, physical impact damage, and scratches beyond the self-healing range are not covered.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -40°C to +50°C
  • Dry-install system, no wet solution required (air-release channels handle film placement)
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber cloth
  • Repositionable during installation due to to low-tack PSA
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Post-heat: activate adhesive after final positioning
  • Cure: 24–48 hours for full adhesion
  • Use same production batch for full vehicle, label and store leftovers by batch code
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before installation
