Description

Some reds just sit there. Inferno Red looks like it is throwing off heat. We built a deep, fully saturated gloss red with that kind of intensity and laid it over a film that takes the rock chips and road debris, so the color stays whole and the paint underneath stays factory.

It is a bold, fiery gloss red, deep and saturated, leaning warm and aggressive rather than toward the cooler blue-reds, and it holds that depth from full daylight into night.

Red comes from more than one TeckWrap product, and each serves a different goal. A red vinyl wrap suits the buyer who wants the color with a lighter commitment and the freedom to change finishes later. Clear PPF suits the buyer who wants to keep the factory color and add protection over it. Inferno Red is the Color PPF route, a full color change and a stone-chip armor layer in the same film, for the buyer who wants a new color and the paint protected at the same time.

Warranty

5-year TeckWrap warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, delamination, and material defects. Improper installation, physical impact damage, and scratches beyond the self-healing range are not covered.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -40°C to +50°C
  • Dry-install system, no wet solution required (air-release channels handle film placement)
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber cloth
  • Repositionable during installation due to to low-tack PSA
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Post-heat: activate adhesive after final positioning
  • Cure: 24–48 hours for full adhesion
  • Use same production batch for full vehicle, label and store leftovers by batch code
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before installation
