Descrizione

La maggior parte dei grigi chiari si sbiadisce sotto la luce intensa e assume un aspetto opaco come il primer o troppo bianco. Il TeckWrap High Gloss Slate Grey conferisce al colore il calore, la profondità e i riflessi morbidi che ci si aspetta da una verniciatura di fabbrica europea di lusso.  

Caratteristiche principali

  • Porcellana, non primer: un grigio ardesia tenue con un delicato sottotono caldo che mantiene la sua raffinatezza senza diventare piatto o simile al cemento. 
  • Finitura di lusso discreta: la pellicola ibrida polimerica multistrato crea riflessi uniformi e limpidi come la perla, che conferiscono a ogni pannello una profondità discreta. 
  • Installazione pulita: i canali di rilascio dell’aria espellono l’aria intrappolata durante l’installazione, mantenendo i pannelli piatti e privi di bolle  
  • Controllo dei contorni: avvolge specchi, curve e pannelli moderatamente incassati con una risposta termica costante.
  • Tenuta resistente alle intemperie: l’adesivo acrilico a base di solvente Henkel rimane trasparente e garantisce una tenuta salda anche in condizioni climatiche variabili, senza deteriorarsi.  
  • Rimozione senza danni: l’adesivo si stacca senza lasciare residui, mantenendo la finitura originale esattamente com’era. 

Il colore “Slate Grey” si avvicina maggiormente al linguaggio stilistico di Porsche piuttosto che a un grigio standard del mercato aftermarket. In movimento, rivela una base color porcellana cremosa con una tonalità morbida e calda. Il colore appare sobrio piuttosto che tecnico, ispirandosi più al design di lusso europeo che allo stile delle competizioni automobilistiche. Mantiene il suo carattere architettonico e composto sia alla luce del sole che all’ombra.

  • Il più simile al Porsche Chalk (911 / Cayenne). 
  • Stessa saturazione del Porsche Crayon. 
  • Più caldo dell’Audi Suzuka Grey Metallic.
  • Corrisponde al calore del Porsche Heron Grey.
  • Più tenue del "Bianco Canopus" della Lamborghini.

Il Porsche Chalk è disponibile solo su una 911 o una Macan con l’apposito modulo d’ordine. Lo Slate Grey offre invece la stessa tonalità di grigio porcellana su una Golf R, una Classe C o una Model 3.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
