Descrizione

La maggior parte delle finiture cromate ha un aspetto argento brillante. Il Jet Black di TeckWrap no. È uno specchio fumé scuro, riflettente e discreto allo stesso tempo.

Caratteristiche principali:

  • Specchio nero fumé: una finitura cromata nera fumé scura che riflette la luce pur rimanendo discreta
  • Struttura cromata: pellicola in PVC modellabile con rivestimento metallico argento per una superficie a specchio realmente riflettente
  • Brillantezza ad alto impatto: un riflesso a specchio effetto metallo liquido pensato per dettagli e pannelli di grande effetto
  • Composizione chimica pulita: adesivo moderato a base di solvente Henkel, rimovibile e delicato sulla vernice originale
  • Posizionamento controllato: canali di rilascio dell’aria e pellicola stabile, con un restringimento inferiore allo 0,20%, per un’applicazione precisa
  • Di livello professionale: elasticità limitata per design, da applicare preferibilmente da installatori esperti su rivestimenti parziali con vapore o calore a infrarossi

Jet Black è lo specchio “stealth” della linea cromata di TeckWrap. Mentre Crystal Chrome riflette ogni cosa in un argento brillante, Jet Black scurisce lo specchio trasformandolo in un canna di fucile fumé, una finitura che continua a riflettere la luce ma che appare suggestiva e futuristica anziché appariscente. All’ombra appare quasi nero, poi cattura la luce trasformandosi in una lucentezza scura simile a metallo liquido. Come ogni vero cromo, sacrifica l’elasticità a favore della riflettività, quindi è ideale per tetti, pannelli decorativi e rifiniture piuttosto che per la carrozzeria completa. Sulla vettura giusta sembra mercurio nero lucido che scorre sul pannello.

Corrispondenza OEM

  • Il colore più simile è il Nissan Gun Metallic: la vernice distintiva della GT-R dal 2009, con cui coincide sia il nome che il carattere.
  • Appartiene alla stessa famiglia del Porsche Agate Grey Metallic: il grigio metallizzato scuro di lunga tradizione di Porsche presente su 911, Cayman, Macan e Panamera.
  • Più scuro dell’Audi Monsoon Gray Metallic e del BMW Space Grey: entrambi veri grigi di fabbrica che appaiono di una tonalità più chiara rispetto a quanto mostrato qui sulla R8, sulla Tesla e sulla Corvette, che tendono al quasi nero alla luce diretta.

Warranty

  • Standard TeckWrap limited warranty for chrome film. Scratches, micro-marks, and metalized-layer distortion from overstretching, overheating, or crumpling are characteristic of chrome material and not covered. Use the same production LOT for color consistency across panels.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Standard squeegee with soft buffer
  • A steam vacuum or IR heater is recommended for controlled heating
  • Conformability: smooth and moderately curved surfaces only
  • Limited stretchability, avoid overstretching, crumpling, or aggressive repositioning
  • Overheating permanently distorts the metalized layer
  • Designed for partial wraps, accents, decals, and detailing
  • Not recommended for full vehicle wraps
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Professional installation strongly recommended

Use the same production LOT for color consistency across panels.
