Descrizione

Alcune finiture verdi sembrano sintetiche fin dal momento in cui vengono applicate. Non è il caso del “Camouflage Green” di TeckWrap. La sua finitura color oliva presenta la profondità e la ricchezza di una verniciatura di fabbrica che ci si aspetterebbe su un SUV europeo di lusso. 

Caratteristiche principali

  • Profondità senza effetto sporco: base verde oliva tattica con una sottile grana metallica che mantiene la sua tonalità anche in ombra, senza sfumare nel nero. 
  • Lucentezza ingegnerizzata: la pellicola ibrida polimerica multistrato e il pigmento metallico mantengono la lucentezza cristallina senza l’effetto plasticoso tipico del vinile più economico.
  • Applicazione senza bolle: i canali di sfogo espellono l’aria intrappolata durante l’applicazione, consentendo ai pannelli di aderire perfettamente senza la formazione di bolle dopo l’installazione.
  • Tenuta resistente alle intemperie: l’adesivo acrilico a base di solvente Henkel rimane trasparente e aderisce al calore, alla pioggia e al freddo senza sollevarsi ai bordi 
  • Pellicola termoformabile: avvolge specchi, curve, paraurti e rientranze moderate con un controllo costante. 
  • Rimozione che non danneggia la vernice: protegge la finitura originale quando è il momento di cambiare colore. 

Il “Camouflage Green” prende in prestito il nome dal mondo militare, ma non la sua personalità. Su un veicolo, ricorda più un’esclusiva tonalità “British Racing Olive” che una finitura mimetica da campo. A seconda di come la luce lo colpisce, passa dal verde oliva spento al verde muschio, al verde bosco e a un verde grafite tenue. Sotto le nuvole, la maggior parte dei verdi scuri assume un aspetto fangoso o diventa quasi nero. Questo invece mantiene la sua struttura. 

Corrispondenza OEM

  • Il più simile al “Deep Satin Green” di Land Rover (Defender / Range Rover).
  • Più tenue rispetto al Porsche Oak Green (Cayenne / Macan).
  • Più intenso del “District Green”.
  • Stessa saturazione del Mercedes Designo Olive Metallic.

Se i verdi tenui di serie su una Land Rover o un’Audi attirano la tua attenzione, il Camouflage Green conferisce quella sobria finitura color oliva a quasi tutte le auto moderne.

  • Storage shelf life: 2 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions, away from sunlight.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
