Descripción

TeckWrap Clear E65 Prime es una lámina protectora transparente brillante de gama básica, fabricada con TPU alifático (Lubrizol ESTANE®) y con una capa superior hidrófila. El recubrimiento hidrófilo hace que el agua se extienda formando una capa fina y uniforme que se desliza limpiamente, lo que reduce las manchas de agua y ayuda a eliminar la suciedad de la carretera bajo la lluvia.

Con un espesor total de 312 µm y una capa de aplicación de 167 µm, la E65 Prime ofrece una sólida protección de grado PPF contra impactos de piedras, arañazos, salpicaduras y abrasiones leves a un precio asequible. Su superficie autorreparable repara los arañazos leves con el calor. En pruebas de envejecimiento acelerado equivalentes a 9 años, el TPU ESTANE® mantuvo su aspecto y sus prestaciones físicas.

Ideal para quienes compran una lámina protectora de pintura (PPF) por primera vez, propietarios que buscan una opción económica, instalaciones de cobertura parcial (capó, guardabarros, retrovisores) y cualquiera que desee un rendimiento hidrófilo que repela el agua sin tener que pagar precios de gama alta. Warranty

5-year warranty from production date. Scratches beyond self-healing range and impact damage not covered.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Wet application with slip and tack solutions
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Adhesive cures fully at room temperature within 1 week
  • Cure: 24–48 hours before water exposure
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before install
