The TeckWrap High-Performance Heat Gun (TW-HGPro) is a 2000 W professional-grade heat tool built for vinyl wrap, PPF, tint, and paint-removal work. Precise digital temperature control from 50°C to 650°C with six-speed airflow lets you dial in the exact heat for stretching film, activating adhesive, shrinking PPF, or peeling old vinyl.

The copper motor and heat-resistant nozzle sleeve deliver consistent performance through long shop sessions. Power-off memory remembers your last setting between uses. Available with US, EU, UK, CN, and AU plugs.

Application

  • Vinyl wrap install: low–medium heat (around 100–150°C) for stretching and conforming
  • PPF install: medium heat (around 80–120°C) for post-heating and shrinking
  • Tint install: low heat (60–90°C) for shrinking rear window film
  • Adhesive activation and post-heat: 90–110°C depending on film type
  • Vinyl removal: medium–high heat (150–200°C) for peeling old film
  • Hold the nozzle 4–8 inches from the surface, keep the gun moving to prevent overheating
  • Allow the gun to cool with airflow running for 1–2 minutes before storage
  • Do not point the nozzle at people, flammable materials, or sensitive trim
  • Store in a clean, dry place when fully cooled
