Description

Papaya Orange (CG54-HD) is a vibrant sunset-inspired orange that sits perfectly between papaya, coral, peach, and soft tangerine. Unlike aggressive racing oranges or dark burnt oranges, this color carries a noticeable warm coral undertone that gives it a modern, sophisticated personality.

Under direct sunlight, the finish becomes a bright, glowing papaya orange with warm golden reflections and exceptional color richness. The high-gloss surface creates a liquid appearance that almost looks freshly painted. Under cloudy skies and in shaded environments, the color softens into a richer peach-coral orange with subtle salmon undertones, becoming elegant rather than overpowering.

The result is a color that feels both playful and luxurious. It delivers the excitement of a supercar launch color while maintaining the refinement expected from a premium OEM finish.

Warranty

Built for long-term outdoor use, with up to 3 years of durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Horizontal surfaces such as roofs, hoods, and bonnets take the most sun and weather and carry a shorter expected life. The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as bubbling, cracking, and adhesive failure when the film is properly stored, professionally installed, and maintained per the care guidance. It does not cover abrasion, scratches, gloss change, or normal wear. Heat-removable within 2 years for the cleanest removal, with minimal adhesive residue.

Application

  • Surface: apply only to a clean, sound, fully cured OEM factory finish. Repainted, primed, aftermarket, or damaged surfaces can affect adhesion and removal and fall outside warranty coverage.
  • Remove the top protective PET layer before installation. Do not store rolls with the top layer on as this causes tunneling in the film.
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, gloves
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95°C
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3 to 4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Professional installation strongly recommended for the best result and to keep the warranty valid
  • Aftercare: hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo (pH 3 to 11). Avoid waxes, solvents, and petroleum-distillate products, and never use automatic washes, brushes, or high-pressure washers.
