Description

TeckWrap CG23-HD Moss Green is a Top Coated Super Gloss vinyl wrap in soft, dusty sage moss with very low saturation, heavy grey content, and a warm olive base. The kind of muted, architectural green that OEM designers are pushing into production right now: calm, expensive, almost interior-design inspired rather than aggressive. 

This sits in the modern luxury earthy-neutral trend driving current Porsche, Defender, and G-Wagon custom builds. Best on adventure-luxury and SUV builds where the muted character does the most work: Mercedes G-Class, Land Rover Defender, Ford Bronco, Toyota Tacoma and Land Cruiser, Porsche Macan and Cayenne, BMW X5 and X7, Range Rover Velar, Audi Q8, Lexus LX. Less suited to bright sports coupes.

Close OEM color family: Toyota Lunar Rock, Porsche Olive/Chalk crossover, Audi District Green desaturated, Rivian-style muted adventure green.

  • Release force: 0.18 N/25mm (standard 0.10–0.30)
  • Initial tack: 1015 g/25mm (standard 800–1500, GB31125-2014)
  • Peel strength (180°): 8.1 N/25mm (standard ≥4.9, GB/T2792-1998)
  • Adhesion strength: 70 (standard ≥60, no shifting, GB/T4851-1998)
  • Aging tested: -65°C to +65°C, no residue
  • Self-healing top coat reflows micro-scratches and swirl marks with heat
  • Storage shelf life: 2 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions, away from sunlight

Warranty

Standard TeckWrap limited warranty. Scratches beyond the self-healing range not covered. Use same production LOT for color consistency across panels.

  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -30°C to +45°C
  • Standard squeegee with soft buffer
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95°C
  • Cure: 24 hrs (48 hrs recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film, flexible panel orientation
  • Remove PET protective cap before heating
  • For deeper scratches, apply gentle heat from a heat gun to activate the self-healing top coat
