Return & Warranty Policy
We offer a limited warranty for production defects, as outlined in the product’s technical bulletin.
If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it.
If you decide you no longer want the product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the original packaging with LOT numbers visible.
If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was received (e.g., damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to TeckWrap), only a partial refund may be issued.
How to Request a Return
1. Send an email to crm@teckwrap.com with:
A detailed explanation of the issue (if applicable)
Photos or videos (for warranty claims)
LOT numbers from the packaging
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.
Shipping Costs
For warranty-related returns (defective or damaged items), we cover the return shipping costs.
For non-warranty returns (if you change your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-warranty returns.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed as soon as possible. If you have not received it yet
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company; sometimes, refunds take time to appear.
3. If needed, check with your bank, as processing times may vary.
4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, reach out to us at crm@teckwrap.com, and we will be happy to assist you!
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
