Description

Most dark reds either shout bright and sporty or collapse into flat black. TeckWrap's Velour Red doesn't. It sits near black cherry in low light and opens into deep molten crimson when the sun hits.

  • Flawless application: high-grade PET liner keeps the film protected for an even, smooth satin lay-down
  • Heat-conformable: shapes over curves, mirrors, and recessed panels
  • Paint-safe: removable adhesive protects the factory paint underneath

Velour Red works on a dark base with muted satin reflections and a very smooth metallic transition. In low light it reads almost black cherry, and under direct light it opens into a deep molten crimson, the duality modern OEM luxury paint chases. Where TeckWrap's own Sangria Red feels like wine and jewelry, Velour Red feels forged and industrial, darker, more mature, more stealth, closer to a liquid-metal red than a traditional sporty red. Stand it next to a classic bright red and the difference is obvious, this one reads luxury-performance, not tuner.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee, buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 85°C
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Directional film, check orientation before cutting
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid waxes and harsh solvents
