Description

China Blue is a refined OEM-style luxury pastel blue, a vintage European pastel with direct lineage to the Mercedes-Benz China Blue paint heritage and Porsche Horizon Blue PTS territory. In motion the surface develops a creamy pastel-blue feeling with a subtle powdery tone, a clean icy undertone, and a modern high-gloss candy depth that reads closer to factory paint on a CLS or S-Class than to a standard aftermarket wrap. The character leans Porsche PTS heritage pastel, modern luxury-EV palette, and high-end European commission. Where most pastel blues go vinyl-cheap, candy-bright, or designer-pastel, this one stays softer and visually expensive, with the elegant vintage-European character and modern premium-EV cleanliness of genuinely OEM-passing luxury blue paint.

This is the refined, mature pastel blue of the lineup. Yacht Blue is the brighter, sportier coastal luxury (Meissen/Gulf PTS heritage) and Baby Blue is the lighter European designer-EV pastel; China Blue is the softer, more refined anchor, Mercedes heritage crossed with Porsche Horizon Blue and a modern Chinese premium-EV cleanliness. Refined and expensive without being aggressive. It suits long-body luxury sedans, modern EVs, and refined premium builds: a Mercedes CLS, S-Class, or EQS, a BMW 7 Series, 8 Series Gran Coupe, or i7, an Audi A7, A8, or e-tron GT, a Porsche Panamera or Taycan, a Tesla Model S or X, a Lucid Air or Gravity, a Genesis G80 or G90, a Zeekr 001 or 009, a NIO ET7 or ES8, a Xiaomi SU7, a Lotus Eletre or Emeya, or a Lexus LS or ES.

On OEM references the primary anchor is Mercedes-Benz China Blue, with Porsche Horizon Blue Metallic from the PTS palette, a glossier Audi Cumulus Blue, and the lighter Toyota Cavalry Blue as a cousin.

  • Storage shelf life: 2 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions, away from sunlight.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
