Description

Atomic Silver is a bright, clean metallic silver with a mirror-like gloss and no orange peel. The multilayered construction with its silver coating gives it real metallic depth, the kind a flat silver can't reach. It's a versatile, high-presence finish rather than a color-shift showpiece: it stays brilliant silver across most light, lifting toward near-white in direct sun and settling to a softer pewter-silver in shade. The film stretches cleanly around mirrors, bumpers, and recessed panels, and the Henkel solvent polyacrylate adhesive bonds securely and removes clean.

It's one of the most flexible colors in the lineup, equally at home as a full color change, a hood or roof contrast, an accent panel, or a fleet rebrand. Bright metallic silver suits almost anything but looks especially sharp on modern performance and luxury cars: Tesla, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M-Series, Audi RS, Porsche, or Aston Martin.

  • Initial tack: 1055 g/25mm (standard 800–1500)

  • Adhesion: 70 (standard ≥60, no shifting)
  • Aging tested: -65°C to +65°C, no residue
  • Cure time: 24 hours above 15°C; 48 hours at room temperature recommended for maximum adhesive activation

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -45°C to +45°C
  • Directional film — orient all panels the same direction for consistent metallic flake appearance
  • Soft squeegee with buffer
  • Conformability: flat, curved, and recessed surfaces (stretchable, do not overstretch)
  • Post-heat: 100°C flat surfaces, 120°C curves and overlaps
  • Steam vacuum or IR heater recommended for installation
  • Remove protective cap before install
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
