Vita70 was built around the skin on your hands and forearms, not just the temperature of the cabin.

Long drives expose the driver's arms, hands and face to sustained solar radiation through the windshield. Vita70 rejects more than 99% of ultraviolet and 85% of infrared, and the ceramic construction adds filtering across the high energy visible blue band that ordinary heat films ignore.

The film is entirely non metallic, so it does not attenuate GPS, cellular, ETC, tyre pressure sensors or radio. Total solar energy rejection is 48% at 70% visible light transmission, and the 3 mil ceramic layer adds meaningful shatter resistance to the glass.

Windshield application is regulated in most markets, so confirm the legal VLT limit before purchase. Vita70 sits in the skin protection tier rather than the maximum heat rejection tier, and installers should position it accordingly for customers whose priority is UV exposure.

Application
  • Professional installation strongly recommended for windshield application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C, dust-free environment essential
  • Wet application with slip and tack solutions
  • Tools: hard card, soft squeegee, heat gun, knife, microfiber cloth, slip solution
  • Allow 7–14 days for full cure before driving in heavy rain or washing
  • Avoid cleaning the film for 7 days after install
  • After cure, clean with ammonia-free glass cleaner and soft microfiber only
  • Verify local windshield tint laws before installation, regulations vary by region

The warranty does not cover normal wear, transportation, labour, consequential damages, improper installation, damage caused by abrasive or ammonia-based cleaning, or physical impact. Film applied to damaged, pitted or previously tinted glass is not covered.

Local laws on automotive window tint vary significantly by region and may restrict VLT on specific windows. The buyer is responsible for confirming legal compliance before installation. Screen images may vary from the physical product, refer to a physical sample. Use film from the same production lot across all windows on a vehicle to keep colour consistent.
