Beschreibung

Die meisten roten Chromfolien wirken wie ein Feuerwehrauto. Nicht so „Cherry Red“ von TeckWrap. Diese Folie besticht durch einen tiefen, spiegelnden „Candy-Apple“-Glanz mit sanfter, glänzender Tiefe statt flacher Helligkeit.

„Cherry Red“ ist das Candy-Apple-Rot aus der Chrom-Reihe von TeckWrap. Während „Inferno Red“ geschmolzen und feurig wirkt, ist „Cherry Red“ süßer und tiefer – ein glänzender Candy-Cherry-Spiegel, der in den Vertiefungen dunkles Purpur aufblitzen lässt und dort, wo das Licht darauf trifft, leuchtendes Candy-Rot strahlt. Es ist das klassische Rot von Hot Rods und Muscle Cars, das zu vollem Spiegelglanz gesteigert wurde – energiegeladen und unübersehbar. Wie jedes echte Chrom opfert es Dehnbarkeit zugunsten der Reflektivität, daher eignet es sich eher für Dächer, Akzentverkleidungen und Detailarbeiten als für eine Vollkarosserie. Bei der richtigen Anbringung sieht es aus, als wäre es in flüssige Süßigkeiten getaucht.

OEM-Übereinstimmung

  • Am nächsten an Porsche Guards Red: das archetypische, lebendige, echte Rot, das so ikonisch ist, dass es den Spitznamen „Arrest Me Red“ trägt. Echt, aktuell, unverkennbar.
  • Aus derselben Familie wie Ferrari Rosso Scuderia: Ferraris leuchtenderes Rennrot. Enthusiasten vergleichen es direkt Seite an Seite mit Guards Red und bezeichnen die beiden auf Fotos als nahezu identisch.
  • Tiefer als Ferrari Rosso Corsa: das namensmäßig bekanntere der beiden Ferrari-Rottöne, aber eigentlich das „mittlere“; Rosso Scuderia und Guards Red wirken beide heller und gesättigter als dieses.

Warranty

  • Standard TeckWrap limited warranty for chrome film. Scratches, micro-marks, and metalized-layer distortion from overstretching, overheating, or crumpling are characteristic of chrome material and not covered. Use the same production LOT for color consistency across panels.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Standard squeegee with soft buffer
  • A steam vacuum or IR heater is recommended for controlled heating
  • Conformability: smooth and moderately curved surfaces only
  • Limited stretchability, avoid overstretching, crumpling, or aggressive repositioning
  • Overheating permanently distorts the metalized layer
  • Designed for partial wraps, accents, decals, and detailing
  • Not recommended for full vehicle wraps
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Professional installation strongly recommended
