Film construction

• Dimensional stability: 2% shrinkage at 70°C (ASTM D1204-02)
• Surface tension: 34 dynes/cm (ASTM D2578-04a)
• Storage: 3 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions

Warranty

Standard TeckWrap limited warranty. Scratches not covered. Use same production LOT for color consistency across panels.

• Apply at +17°C to +23°C
• Service range: -45°C to +45°C
• Standard squeegee with soft (wet) buffer
• Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
• Post-heat: 65°C
• Cure: 24 hrs (48 hrs recommended)
• Overlap: 3–4 mm
• Directional film, check orientation before cutting
• Remove protective cap before install
