2. 코팅 재료의 특성

3. 접착제의 특성

접착제 A는 일-부분 구조적 자기 연합 접착제 및 아크릴 레이트로 만들어진 압력에 민감한 중합체이며, 이는 용매가 완전히 휘발 될 때 적절한 온도에서 경화되기 시작합니다. 실온에서 완전히 경화되는 데 일주일이 걸립니다. 접착제 A는 우수한 응집력, 가소제 내성 특성 및 우수한 화학적 특성을 가지므로 PVC 또는 TPU와 같은 기본 재료에 적합합니다.

Warranty

6-year TeckWrap limited warranty from production date against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and material defects. Improper installation, physical impact damage, and scratches beyond the self-healing range are not covered.

  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber cloth
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Repositionable during installation
  • Post-heat: activate adhesive after positioning
  • Cure: full adhesive cure at room temperature takes up to 7 days
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before install
