Description

TeckWrap Clear Auro+ (W75) is a wide-format gloss clear paint protection film built on aliphatic TPU (Lubrizol ESTANE®). At 1.83 m wide, it covers larger panels in a single sheet, dramatically reducing seam lines on hoods, doors, and full-body wraps compared to standard 1.52 m PPF rolls. Less seaming, cleaner finish, faster install.

The Lotus Effect top coat repels water, dirt, and contaminants for easier maintenance. The self-healing surface reflows light scratches with heat. Higher peel adhesion at ~2300 g/inch delivers the strongest bond in the TeckWrap clear PPF range. In accelerated weathering tests equivalent to 9 years, ESTANE® TPU maintained appearance and physical performance.

Warranty

5-year warranty from production date. Scratches beyond self-healing range and impact damage not covered.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Wet application with slip and tack solutions
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Wide format covers large panels in a single sheet, plan layout to minimize cuts and waste
  • Adhesive cures fully at room temperature within 1 week
  • Cure: 24–48 hours before water exposure
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before install
