Teckwrap Black PPF is a game changer for dry apply PPF. As a seasoned vinyl installer, this film is a breeze to work with the proper prep. Be sure to use track reducer and wipe those edges prior to installation for a perfect result!

I found your PPF to be more like regular vinyl. Easy to install, with the glue heat-activated and good stretch. The other PPF that I use is more like a regular PPF. More rubber feeling. I really like your product more.

I also found yours in a deeper black and with less transparency. But less hydrophobic. I like dry-apply PPF.

The finish of the film is beautiful, great glossiness, great depth. Installation was pretty straight forward, similar to other color ppf’s I’ve used. The stretch of the film is enough to get glassed out, but not overwhelming to the point of it wanting to bounce back immediately. The tack of the film is on the higher side from other films we have used, which was a learning curve but i did like that once it was squeegee’d down, it stayed. Other films have too soft of an adhesive that doesn’t seem to grab as hard. I liked that about the teckwrap film. Air release worked nicely. It didn’t receive nearly as many glue lines as other films have

Warranty

5-year TeckWrap limited warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, delamination, and material defects. Improper installation, physical impact damage, and scratches beyond the self-healing range are not covered.

Apply at +17°C to +23°C
Service range: -40°C to +100°C
Dry-install system, no wet solution required (air-release channels handle film placement)
Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber cloth
