Description

Most grey wraps pick a lane, flat and lifeless, or shiny and cheap-looking. Gunmetal Grey does neither. It pulls in to a deep graphite in the shade, then flashes bright liquid silver the moment direct sun hits the panel.

Key Attributes

  • Two-mood grey: deepens to smooth gunmetal-graphite in shade, flashes liquid silver in direct sun
  • Brushed, not glossy: the satin finish keeps the metallic flake grainy and controlled rather than shiny or cheap-looking
  • Satin-over-metalized base: a fine silver coating underneath gives the grey real depth instead of a flat pigment tone
  • Clean chemistry: Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive, transparent and weather-resistant, removes residue-free
  • Smooth lay-down: high-grade release liner keeps the film tension-flat, reducing orange-peel texture during install
  • Paint-safe: removable adhesive protects the factory finish underneath

Under an overcast sky or in the shade, Gunmetal Grey settles into a smooth, dark graphite with a quiet metallic depth, closer to gun-barrel steel than a flat automotive grey. Roll the same panel into direct sun and the metallic flake catches the light, lifting the surface into a bright, liquid-silver flash before settling back down in the shadows. It's the performance-silver register manufacturers reserve for their hottest trims, brushed and grainy rather than glossy, built for builds that want stealth with real presence.

OEM Match

  • Closest to Jeep Silverstone Metallic
  • Same performance-silver family as Porsche GT Silver
  • Lighter and more liquid than Audi Daytona Grey
  • Brighter and more dynamic than a flat Nardo Grey

That dark performance-silver look that AMG, BMW M, and Audi RS save for their fastest trims now fits a Camaro, WRX, or Model 3 just as easily as an M4 or RS6.
