At TeckWrap, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible — whether you're around the corner or across the globe. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.


Where We Ship

 

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on select items to the USA. If your location doesn’t appear during checkout, feel free to contact us at crm@teckwrap.com for help.

Free shipping applies to qualifying in-stock items. Some regional and product restrictions may apply.

 

Processing & Shipping Times

 

We process most orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

Tracking info is usually available within 48 hours of placing your order.

Delivery times vary by carrier:

UPS (USA): 2–3 business days

FedEx (International): 3–8 business days

DHL: 4–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. Business days don’t include weekends or holidays.

 

Overnight & Pick-Up Options

 

We do not offer overnight shipping at this time. Standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days. We also do not offer in-person pick-up service. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers.

 

Customs, Duties & International Fees

 

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply based on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid fees, we will deduct return shipping and restocking charges from any refund issued.

TeckWrap is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier disruptions.

 

Signature Deliveries

 

For orders over $200, the delivery may require a signature. If you choose to waive the signature, you take full responsibility if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

 

If Your Package Is Damaged, Lost, or Missing

 

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you didn’t receive it at all, here’s what to do:

Email us at crm@teckwrap.com or inform your sales manager.

Complete and send the Reclamation Form

For damaged items, make sure to include clear photos of the damaged product and photos of the packaging and box.

 

Good to Know

 

Free shipping is only valid on selected in-stock items and may change depending on the warehouse or promotion.

Transit times are not guaranteed — carriers may delay delivery during peak seasons or due to customs checks.

Weekend delivery is not available. Shipping occurs Monday to Friday only.
