Description

TeckWrap Clear E65 Prime is an entry-level gloss clear paint protection film built on aliphatic TPU (Lubrizol ESTANE®) with a hydrophilic top coat. The hydrophilic coating spreads water into a thin even layer that sheets off cleanly, reducing water spotting and helping rinse away road grime under rain.

At 312 µm total thickness with a 167 µm application layer, E65 Prime delivers solid PPF-grade defense against stone chips, scratches, splatter, and minor abrasions at an accessible price point. The self-healing surface reflows light scratches with heat. In accelerated weathering tests equivalent to 9 years, ESTANE® TPU maintained appearance and physical performance.

For first-time PPF buyers, budget-conscious owners, partial-coverage installs (hood, fenders, mirrors), and anyone wanting hydrophilic water-sheeting performance without paying premium tier prices. Warranty

5-year warranty from production date. Scratches beyond self-healing range and impact damage not covered.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Wet application with slip and tack solutions
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Adhesive cures fully at room temperature within 1 week
  • Cure: 24–48 hours before water exposure
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before install
