Description

Dark greys usually end up looking military-flat or cement-dull. TeckWrap's Battleship Grey skips both, holding a graphite shine with real body-line definition. 

Key Attributes

  • Stealth graphite finish: deep performance grey with a cool industrial undertone that gives every panel a bold, sculpted look. 
  • Metallic gloss clarity: polymeric multilayer hybrid film and fine metallic pigment hold glossy depth instead of going flat or matte. 
  • Easy bubble control: built-in channels let trapped air escape during application, so the film sits flush without bubbling.
  • Henkel adhesive hold: transparent solvent-based acrylic adhesive holds firmly through changing weather.  
  • Panel control: wraps around mirrors, bumpers, and moderate recessed panels while keeping the gloss consistent. 
  • Protects the original finish: the removable adhesive lifts off without residue, leaving the factory paint intact. 

Battleship Grey shifts with its surroundings instead of fading into them. In direct sunlight, it shows a rich graphite metallic finish, while softer light brings out a darker charcoal tone with cool steel reflections. It skips the flat, cement-dull look many darker greys fall into once the sun moves. Next to a generic grey wrap, the difference shows in the body lines. Battleship Grey keeps its definition where the other goes muddy.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm

  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
