TeckWrap Black I20-2.5mil is a medium-tint magnetron sputtering window film with 22% VLT, designed for drivers who want strong heat rejection and a refined dark finish without going to the deepest tint. Magnetron sputtering construction delivers 92% IR rejection while keeping the film optically clear with no haze.

The 2.5 mil thickness adds extra shatter protection and durability, and the low 6% internal reflectance keeps glare in check for safer driving.

Warranty

Standard TeckWrap limited warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking, and color fading. Improper installation, scratches from cleaning with abrasive tools, and physical impact damage are not covered.

  • Service temperature range: -45°C to +45°C
  • Wet application with slip and tack solutions
  • Recommended tools: squeegee, soft buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Post-heat recommended for optimal adhesion
  • Maintain 3–4 mm overlap for seamless coverage
  • Directional film, check orientation before cutting
  • Peel protective cap before installation
  • Allow 7–14 days for full cure before rolling windows down
  • Avoid cleaning the film for 7 days after install
  • After cure, clean with ammonia-free glass cleaner and soft microfiber only
