Beschreibung

Einfarbige Khaki-Folien wirken wie ein einziger Anstrich mit Militärfarbe, wodurch die Oberfläche matt und eindimensional erscheint. Das „High Gloss Khaki Green“ von TeckWrap bewahrt seinen vielschichtigen Olivcharakter und lässt erdige Grüntöne, warmes Bronze und tiefes taktisches Oliv zum Vorschein kommen, wenn das Licht über die Karosserie fällt. 

Hauptmerkmale

  • Mehrschichtige Oliv-Oberfläche: Braune, gelbgrüne und bronzefarbene Untertöne erzeugen ein Khaki, das je nach Blickwinkel seine Farbe verändert.
  • Glanz mit Tiefe: Die mehrschichtige Hybridfolie auf Polymerbasis sorgt für klare Reflexionen und verleiht der Farbe gleichzeitig ein sattes, feuchtes Aussehen.  
  • Witterungsbeständige Haftung: Der transparente, lösungsmittelhaltige Acrylkleber von Henkel hält auch bei wechselnden Witterungsbedingungen fest.
  • Für komplexe Karosserieteile entwickelt: Die Folie reagiert auf Wärme und schmiegt sich an Spiegel, Radkästen, Kanten und mäßig vertiefte Bereiche an. 
  • Von Haus aus wiederverwendbar: Der ablösbare Klebstoff hinterlässt keine Rückstände auf der Werkslackierung.

„Khaki Green“ wirkt auf jeder Karosserieteile des Fahrzeugs anders. Flache Oberflächen zeigen ein erdiges Olivgrün, gewölbte Teile offenbaren warmes Bronze, und schattierte Bereiche vertiefen sich, bis sie fast schwarz wirken. Die meisten Khaki- und Tactical-Folien verblassen zu einem einheitlichen sumpfartigen Grün oder tendieren unter hellem Licht zu Neonfarben. Diese Folie hingegen behält ihre Schichten bei – mit einer glänzenden Oberfläche, die eher an eine Lackierung erinnert als an eine traditionelle, militärisch inspirierte Folierung.

Wir lieben die werkseitigen Offroad-Farben und Hochglanzlackierungen. Khaki-Grün prägt Ikonen wie den Jeep Wrangler, den Toyota Land Cruiser und den Ford Bronco.

  • Storage shelf life: 2 years at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, dry conditions, away from sunlight.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
