Beschreibung

Die meisten hellen Grautöne verblassen unter hellem Licht und wirken dann entweder wie eine Grundierung oder zu weiß. TeckWrap High Gloss Slate Grey verleiht der Farbe die Wärme, Tiefe und sanften Reflexe, die man von einer hochwertigen europäischen Werkslackierung erwartet.  

Hauptmerkmale

  • Porzellan, keine Grundierung: sanftes Schiefergrau mit einem zarten, warmen Unterton, das edel wirkt, anstatt flach oder zementartig zu erscheinen. 
  • Dezente, luxuriöse Optik: Die mehrschichtige Polymer-Hybridfolie erzeugt sanfte, perlglatte Reflexe, die jeder Karosserieteile eine dezente Tiefe verleihen. 
  • Saubere Verlegung: Entlüftungskanäle leiten eingeschlossene Luft während der Verlegung ab und sorgen so für flache, blasenfreie Karosserieteile  
  • Konturkontrolle: Umhüllt Spiegel, Rundungen und mäßig vertiefte Paneele mit gleichmäßiger Wärmeanpassung.
  • Witterungsbeständiger Halt: Der lösungsmittelhaltige Acrylkleber von Henkel bleibt transparent und haftet auch bei wechselnden Witterungsbedingungen, ohne sich zu zersetzen.  
  • Beschädigungsfreies Entfernen: Der Klebstoff lässt sich rückstandsfrei entfernen, sodass die Werksoberfläche genau so bleibt, wie sie war. 

„Slate Grey“ orientiert sich stärker an der Designsprache von Porsche als an einem üblichen Aftermarket-Grau. In Bewegung entfaltet die Farbe einen cremigen Porzellan-Unterton mit einem weichen, warmen Farbton. Die Farbe wirkt eher zurückhaltend als technisch und lehnt sich stärker an europäisches Luxusdesign als an Motorsport-Styling an. Sie behält ihren architektonischen, ruhigen Charakter sowohl im Sonnenlicht als auch im Schatten bei.  

OEM-Farbabstimmung

  • Am ehesten vergleichbar mit Porsche Chalk (911 / Cayenne). 
  • Gleiche Sättigung wie „Porsche Crayon“. 
  • Wärmer als „Audi Suzuka Grey Metallic“.
  • Entspricht der Wärme von „Porsche Heron Grey“.
  • Weicher als Lamborghini „Bianco Canopus“.

„Porsche Chalk“ ist nur für einen 911 oder einen Macan mit entsprechendem Bestellformular erhältlich. Mit „Slate Grey“ erhalten Sie stattdessen denselben porzellanartigen Grauton bei einem Golf R, einer C-Klasse oder einem Model 3.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
