Beschreibung

Gelb kann seine Identität verlieren, wenn sich das Licht ändert – bei Tageslicht wirkt es grünlich, bei Sonnenuntergang goldfarben. Das „Sunray Yellow“ von TeckWrap bleibt sich selbst treu und behält einen klaren, mittelgelben Farbton bei, der an einem bewölkten Nachmittag genauso überzeugend wirkt wie bei strahlendem Sonnenschein. 

Hauptmerkmale

  • Reiner Gelbton: Das satte Mittelgelb bleibt auch bei wechselnden Lichtverhältnissen frei von grünen und kräftigen goldenen Untertönen. 
  • Hochglänzende Oberfläche: Die mehrschichtige Hybridfolie auf Polymerbasis erzeugt helle, gleichmäßige Reflexionen, die wie frisch polierter Lack wirken. 
  • Für alle Wetterbedingungen geeignet: Der lösungsmittelhaltige Acrylkleber von Henkel widersteht Regen, Hitze und UV-Strahlung. Lässt sich rückstandsfrei ablösen.  
  • Gleichmäßige Abdeckung der Karosserieteile: Entlüftungskanäle leiten eingeschlossene Luft ab und erleichtern so das Umwickeln großer Flächen. 
  • Kontrollierte Wärmeverformung: Passt sich Spiegeln, Stoßfängern und mäßig vertieften Karosserieteilen an, ohne den Glanz zu beeinträchtigen. 

„Sunray Yellow“ von TeckWrap hält genau das, was es verspricht. Kein Grünstich und kein Goldton, der die Farbe in Richtung Bernstein zieht. Im direkten Sonnenlicht erscheint sie hell und satt, wandelt sich dann sanft zu einem warmen Honigton, wenn das Tageslicht weicher wird. Die Farbe driftet niemals in Limettengrün oder tiefes Gold ab, sondern behält den ausgewogenen mittelgelben Farbton bei, der sie aus jedem Blickwinkel sofort erkennbar macht. Sie verändert lediglich die Temperatur, nicht ihre Identität.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Non-directional film
  • Avoid overstretching during application
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
