Features

Build construction

  • Blade material: High-density rubber, zero-flex
  • Handle material: Hardened POM plastic
  • Mounting: Triple-screw blade lock
  • Shape: Triangular with extended grip
  • Size: 14 × 30 cm (5.5" × 12")
  • Application: Window tint film, vinyl wrap, PPF wet installation

Performance

  • Rigid rubber blade pushes water out fast, no folds or flex
  • Streak-free, residue-free passes with gap-free edge
  • Triple-screw lock keeps the blade rock-solid across long passes
  • Comfortable extended grip reduces hand fatigue on large surfaces
  • Durable POM handle resists shop wear and chemical exposure
  • Sized for speed on windshields, with precision for edges

Storage

Store in a clean, dry place. Rinse the blade after use to remove adhesive residue and slip solution. Periodically check the triple screws and tighten as needed. Avoid storing under heavy weight that could deform the rubber edge.

Application

  • Best for wet installation with slip and tack solutions on tint, vinyl, or PPF
  • Hold the handle with a firm grip and pull in long, steady passes
  • Push water and slip solution toward an exit edge, not back over already-cleared areas
  • Use the pointed corner for tight gaps near gaskets, mirrors, and trim
  • Wipe the blade clean between passes to prevent dirt transfer
  • Periodically inspect the triple screws and tighten if loosened over time
  • Replace the rubber blade when it shows nicks, deformation, or hardening that could mar the film
  • Avoid using on sharp metal edges that could nick the rubber
