The forged carbon look has two homes in the catalog. A carbon fiber vinyl wrap is the right call when style flexibility and easier refresh are the priorities, lighter entry cost and the option to change it up later. Sable Carbon is the Color PPF call, the same forged carbon aesthetic carried on a stone-chip armor layer with a self-healing top coat. Same look, two valid jobs.

Right for builds where the carbon look is the point and the paint underneath is worth keeping intact, performance cars, motorsport projects, modified EVs.

Warranty

5-year TeckWrap limited warranty against yellowing, cracking, peeling, delamination, and material defects. Improper installation, physical impact damage, and scratches beyond the self-healing range are not covered.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -40°C to +100°C
  • Dry-install system, no wet solution required (air-release channels handle film placement)
  • Tools: squeegee with soft buffer, heat gun, knife, microfiber cloth
  • Repositionable during installation thanks to low-tack PSA
  • Conformability: complex curves, hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, full body panels
  • Carbon texture is directional, check pattern orientation before cutting
  • Post-heat: activate adhesive after final positioning
  • Cure: 24–48 hours for full adhesion
  • Use same production batch for full vehicle, label and store leftovers by batch code
  • Avoid waxing or pressure-washing for the first 7 days
  • Surface must be thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before install
