Description

Cool greys usually flatten out to cement or primer once they leave direct sun. TeckWrap's Amazon Grey retains its icy character, carrying a blue undertone and frozen-cloud reflections that stay crisp even after the sun disappears.

  • Paint-safe removal: removable adhesive lifts away without leaving residue on the original finish. 

Amazon Grey moves through three states: glacier metallic in direct sun, cool cloud in shade, and a deeper storm grey once the light drops. The blue undertone keeps it from drifting warm, which is where most cool greys lose their edge once they're off the showroom floor. It keeps a clean, architectural appearance that feels right at home on luxury sedans, performance EVs, and contemporary SUVs.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Application temperature: +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 95–100°C (gloss finish)
  • Cure: 24 hrs above 10°C (48 hrs at room temperature recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm

  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
