Description

Dark blues usually turn black in shade and stay there. TeckWrap Space Blue reveals sapphire metallic tones, cobalt flashes, and subtle teal highlights in strong light before settling back into near black.

  • Metallic with color shift: fine aluminum flake moves the finish from near-black to electric cobalt without losing clarity.

  • Weatherproof bond: Henkel solvent acrylic adhesive resists moisture and UV exposure, so the film stays secure outdoors. 
  • Heat-conformable film: wraps around curves, mirrors, and moderate recessed panels without lifting or peeling.  

TeckWrap Space Blue lives between midnight blue, sapphire metallic, and deep ocean tones. In low light, it reads almost black, holding its identity instead of going flat. Direct light pulls a vivid cobalt to the surface, with hints of teal showing through warm reflections. Instead of presenting a single shade of blue, Space Blue shifts through multiple personalities throughout the day.

Warranty

  • Built for long-term outdoor use, up to 3 years outdoor durability on vertical panels and around 2 years across a full wrap, depending on climate zone. Heat-removable, with minimal adhesive residue when removed within the recommended three years.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Tools: soft squeegee with buffer, knife, masking tape, heat gun, magnets, gloves, IR thermometer, IR heater
  • Directional film. Orient all panels in the same direction for a consistent metallic flake appearance
  • Conformability: flat, curved, and recessed surfaces (do not overstretch)
  • Post-heat: 100°C flat surfaces, 120°C curves and overlaps
  • Cure time: 24 hours above 15°C; 48 hours at room temperature recommended for maximum adhesive activation
  • A steam vacuum or an IR heater is recommended for installation
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Aftercare: pH-neutral products only, avoid hot wax or strong solvents
