Description

TeckWrap SMT22 Black Tulip is a satin metallic vinyl wrap with an almost black base, a hidden violet glow, cool lavender reflections, and extremely low visible saturation. The color does not immediately read as purple. Under shadow it sits near piano black. Under light a soft violet haze appears. This is the near-black chromatic paint behavior that premium OEM design is moving toward in EV and luxury performance segments, where the color only reveals itself under direct light.

Compared to RB40-HD Titanium Violet, which is more expressive and visibly purple, SMT22 is far more stealth, more architectural, more concept-vehicle. The character is luxury electronics, aerospace materials, stealth aircraft coatings, and modern hyper-EV aesthetics rather than tuner purple or showcar flash. Best on premium EVs and stealth-luxury builds: Tesla Model S Plaid and Cybertruck, Cadillac Celestiq, BMW iX and i7, Porsche Taycan, Audi RS e-tron GT, Lucid Air, Rivian R1S, Mercedes EQS, Lexus LF-Z concept-inspired builds, Genesis G90.

Standard TeckWrap limited warranty. Scratches not covered. Use same production LOT for color consistency across panels.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Service range: -45°C to +45°C
  • Standard squeegee with soft (wet) buffer
  • Conformability: smooth and medium-curved surfaces
  • Post-heat: 65°C
  • Cure: 24 hrs (48 hrs recommended)
  • Overlap: 3–4 mm
  • Directional film, check orientation before cutting
  • Remove protective cap before install
