Yellow Gold is the loud, celebratory gold of TeckWrap's chrome lane. Where Solar Gold runs warm and champagne-restrained, Yellow Gold goes the other way, a bright classic yellow-gold mirror that reads like a trophy, full flash and full shine. It's the finish that turns heads on a full-statement build like a Cybertruck or a coupe and says success without a word. Like every true chrome it trades stretch for reflectivity, so it lives on roofs, accent panels, and detail work rather than a full body. On the right build there's nothing subtle about it, and that's the point.

  • Finish: Reflective, non-directional for solid colors and directional for neochromes

  • Service range: -30°C to +30°C
  • 180° peel strength: 10.66 N/25mm (standard ≥6.8)
  • Initial tack: 822 g/25mm (standard 800–1500)
  • Release force: 0.1 N/25mm (standard 0.10–0.30)
  • Adhesion: 70, no shifting (standard ≥60)
  • Aging tested +65°C and -65°C: minimum adhesive residue
  • Storage: 1 year at +10°C to +20°C, 50% RH, in original package, away from direct sunlight

Warranty

  • Standard TeckWrap limited warranty for chrome film. Scratches, micro-marks, and metalized-layer distortion from overstretching, overheating, or crumpling are characteristic of chrome material and not covered. Use the same production LOT for color consistency across panels.

Application
  • Apply at +17°C to +23°C
  • Standard squeegee with soft buffer
  • A steam vacuum or IR heater is recommended for controlled heating
  • Conformability: smooth and moderately curved surfaces only
  • Limited stretchability, avoid overstretching, crumpling, or aggressive repositioning
  • Overheating permanently distorts the metalized layer
  • Designed for partial wraps, accents, decals, and detailing
  • Not recommended for full vehicle wraps
  • Remove the protective cap before installing
  • Professional installation strongly recommended

Use the same production LOT for color consistency across panels.
